My career began in journalism, where I learned that every great product starts with understanding people. Interviewing, researching and creating engaging digital content taught me how to communicate complex ideas clearly, think critically and always keep the audience at the centre of every story. Those communication skills continue to shape the way I work with clients, teams and stakeholders today.
2014 – 2018 | Marketing & Digital Specialist | Porsche & Dutton Automotive | Australia
After moving to Australia, I entered the luxury automotive industry, where I combined marketing, customer experience and digital content. Working with premium brands introduced me to website management, online advertising, branding and customer engagement, while showing me how technology could directly influence business growth and customer satisfaction.
2018 – 2024 | Project Manager → Senior Digital Project Manager | Cox Automotive | Canada and USA
Joining Cox Automotive completely changed the direction of my career. What began as implementing dealership websites quickly evolved into managing large-scale enterprise projects across North America. Over six years, I delivered more than 350 digital projects while leading cross-functional teams, coordinating stakeholders, managing technical integrations and driving digital transformation initiatives.
2020 – Present | Freelance Product Consultant & Web Designer
Alongside my full-time career, I began helping startups and growing businesses transform ideas into digital products. From websites and e-commerce platforms to SaaS applications and marketplaces, I worked directly with founders to define product strategies, improve user experiences and coordinate remote development teams.
