EarnIt is a cross-platform mobile application designed to help GCSE and A-Level students stay focused by rewarding productive study habits. Instead of unrestricted access to social media and games, students unlock screen time by completing curriculum-based quizzes, lessons and flashcards. As the Technical Project Manager, I was responsible for leading the product from planning to delivery, translating business requirements into actionable development tasks, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing sprint planning, overseeing quality assurance and ensuring a seamless user experience across both iOS and Android. I worked closely with designers, developers and stakeholders to define the product roadmap, prioritise new features, refine the user journey and successfully deliver a scalable educational platform.

CommsHub.ai is a web-based communications platform built to help organisations manage the entire communication lifecycle through structured workflows, AI-assisted content generation and governance. The platform enables communications teams to draft, analyse, review and approve messaging while maintaining consistency, oversight and institutional knowledge across the organisation. As the Technical Project Manager, I led the project from discovery through delivery, working closely with stakeholders, designers and developers to translate business requirements into scalable product features. My responsibilities included product planning, roadmap management, sprint coordination, feature prioritisation, quality assurance and ensuring a seamless user experience across the platform while integrating AI into everyday communication workflows.

MSK Guestbook is a web and mobile platform built to modernise hospitality operations by bringing guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, suppliers and property management into a single connected system. Designed for hotels, residences and hospitality operators, the platform transforms fragmented workflows into a structured operational environment where every request, task and interaction is tracked with complete visibility and accountability. As the Technical Project Manager, I led the product from discovery to delivery, collaborating with stakeholders, designers and developers to define product requirements, manage the roadmap and coordinate agile development. I was responsible for translating complex operational processes into intuitive digital experiences, prioritising features, overseeing quality assurance and ensuring the platform delivered a seamless experience across every user role, from guests to property operators and service providers.

Menovia is a cross-platform health and wellness application designed to support women through perimenopause, menopause and post-menopause with AI-powered guidance, symptom tracking and personalised wellness insights. The platform combines intelligent health tracking, educational resources and daily recommendations to help users better understand symptom patterns and make informed decisions about their wellbeing. As the Technical Project Manager, I led the product from discovery through delivery, collaborating closely with designers, developers and stakeholders to define product requirements, prioritise features and coordinate agile development. Porteiro is a web-based service-booking platform designed to connect users with trusted professionals across categories such as beauty, home services and wellness. The platform simplifies the full booking journey by allowing users to submit requests through text or voice, receive personalised provider matches, check real-time availability, schedule appointments, communicate with professionals and complete secure payments in one place. As the Technical Project Manager, I supported the product from planning through delivery, working closely with designers and developers to translate the marketplace vision into structured user journeys and scalable product features. I managed requirements, coordinating agile development, prioritising features, validating the user and service-provider experiences, managing quality assurance and overseeing the delivery of AI-assisted discovery, booking, scheduling and marketplace workflows.

LockedIN is an AI-powered fitness and accountability platform for iOS and Android that transforms personal fitness into a shared experience. Users can connect with friends as LockMates, create squads, compete in challenges, compare progress, earn real-world rewards, and stay motivated through social accountability. The platform also features Apex, an AI fitness coach that delivers personalised insights, performance analysis, recovery recommendations, and adaptive coaching based on each user’s activity and goals. As the Technical Project Manager, I led the product from discovery through delivery, working closely with stakeholders, designers and developers to define the product vision, prioritise features and coordinate agile development. I was responsible for translating complex fitness and social engagement concepts into intuitive user experiences, managing sprint planning, overseeing quality assurance and ensuring the successful delivery of a scalable mobile platform.

Grow IQ is an intelligent cultivation management platform designed to help cannabis growers plan, monitor, and optimize every stage of the growing process. The platform enables users to manage grow rooms, track plant progress with journals and photos, schedule tasks through an interactive calendar, monitor feeding and nutrient schedules, visualize growth with charts, and collaborate with a community of growers. Built for both hobbyists and professional cultivators, Grow IQ centralizes every aspect of cultivation into a single, data-driven experience. As Technical Project Manager, I led product planning, feature definition, sprint execution, and cross-functional collaboration. I worked closely with designers, developers, and stakeholders to define the roadmap, prioritize features, coordinate Agile delivery, oversee QA, and ensure a seamless user experience across the entire platform.
Pubbing
Pubbing is a social discovery platform designed to help users explore, discover, and engage with pubs across their local area. The mobile application combines location-based pub discovery with a community-driven experience, allowing users to browse venues, view menus, drinks, upcoming events, read and publish reviews, and share experiences through a social feed. By bringing together venue information, user-generated content, and community interaction, PubBing creates a modern platform for both pub enthusiasts and venue owners.As Technical Project Manager, I was responsible for coordinating the product from planning through delivery, translating business requirements into technical specifications, managing Agile sprints, overseeing QA, and ensuring seamless collaboration between designers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver a polished cross-platform mobile experience.

Lateish is an enterprise intelligence platform built for beverage brands, distributors, and brand managers to monitor performance, optimize operations, and support strategic business growth. The platform provides real-time dashboards for sales, inventory, financial performance, gross margins, A&P spend, and distribution metrics, giving businesses complete visibility across multiple markets. Advanced AI-powered insights help optimize advertising budgets, while scenario-based market expansion tools enable brands to evaluate new opportunities, compare markets, and model growth strategies before investing.As Technical Project Manager, I was responsible for translating business objectives into product requirements, managing Agile delivery, coordinating cross-functional teams, overseeing sprint planning and QA, and ensuring the successful delivery of a scalable enterprise platform from concept through implementation.

COX AUTOMOTIVE
From 2018 to 2024, I worked at Cox Automotive in Canada, supporting digital projects across the Canadian and U.S. automotive markets. In a hybrid role combining Web Implementation Specialist and Project Manager, I managed more than 350 digital projects from initial client onboarding through implementation, quality assurance and launch.
The work extended beyond traditional websites. I delivered sophisticated dealership platforms designed to help automotive retailers showcase inventory, generate leads and sell vehicles online while meeting strict OEM, brand and compliance requirements. I personally configured and implemented each platform while coordinating designers, developers, third-party providers, dealership teams and internal stakeholders to ensure every project was delivered accurately, efficiently and on schedule.
The portfolio included projects for dealerships representing leading automotive brands such as Mercedes-Benz, Audi, McLaren, Honda, Toyota, Subaru and General Motors, alongside many others across North America.
